A measured base plan and a 3D model you can walk through
A planting scheme with a full plant list and quantities
Lighting, irrigation and hardscape layouts
A fixed quote for the build, and two rounds of changes
How it runs
Design usually takes two to four weeks from the first visit. We start with how you want to use the space, then work out what the site will let us do. You’ll see the plan in every season, including what it looks like in year one and in year five.
Good to know
The design fee is credited against the build if we install it for you. If you’d rather build it yourself or in stages, the plans are yours to keep.
